1. GET ENOUGH SLEEP
It’s a simple yet very important fact, when you sleep well, your skin looks fresh, plump and fabulous. So eat a good balance dinner, lay off the alcohol the night before and get yourself to bed early, you will notice the difference, and you will see how amazing you look!

It’s silly to say this, but grooming is important. Your skin will photograph better if you shave your legs and use skin care products the morning of your session. And by the way, don’t forget your nails and toes too! We wouldn’t want you to feel less than perfect on the day!
Make sure your make-up is flawless, using the right foundation that matches your skin and it isn’t cakey is unbelievably important, remember the camera pick up every detail on your skin. Also, your make-up should compliment your outfits. Remember, less is more!

5. PICK YOUR OUTFITS
Make sure you have three to four outfits for your sessions. Your outfits should be fitted to flatter your body shape, avoid lots of patterns, lines, and trendy clothing; these go out of style and will date your photographs.
